Request data deletion
Submit this form to permanently delete your yolt.cloud account and the data associated with it. We process every request manually, send you a confirmation email, and complete deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17.
What will be deleted
- Your account: email, password hash, profile settings, language preference.
- All workspaces you own and the data inside: CRM orders, ad spend, GA4 sessions, computed metrics, custom alerts, saved views.
- Audit log entries that reference your user ID (replaced with a deletion marker).
- Connected OAuth tokens (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4) — revoked at the provider where API support exists.
- Support tickets you filed and their attachments.
Some records are retained as required by law: invoices and accounting entries for 7 years under Estonian accounting rules, anonymised after your deletion request. Backups containing your data are overwritten within an additional 30 days as part of routine backup rotation.
This action is permanent. Once deletion is confirmed, your data cannot be recovered. If you only want to cancel a subscription without deleting data, do that from your workspace billing settings instead.
What happens next
- We send a confirmation email to the address you submitted within a few minutes.
- For the first 24 hours your request is in a grace period — you may cancel by replying to the confirmation email or writing to [email protected].
- After the grace period, a service-account operator verifies your identity. If the email matches a single workspace owner, this is automatic; otherwise we may request additional verification.
- Deletion runs across the database, file storage, and connected source caches. Backup overwrite follows on the next rotation cycle.
- You receive a final email confirming completion, typically within 14 days but always within 30 days.
For questions about deletion or to escalate a request, email [email protected]. For full details on retention exceptions, see the Privacy Policy retention section.
